On March 6, 2026 I, Officer McAloney, was assigned to marked unit East-1. At approximately 8:02 AM, I was dispatched to AMC Theatre, 95 Artisan Way for a report of a suspicious person. The description given by a maintenance worker was a black male with a gray sweatshirt, hood pulled over his head and tightened, and sweat pants. Officer R. Lavey, (East-4) responded as back up.

After speaking with Assembly Security Dispatch, Ms. XXXX, I learned the person in question was Mr. Robensley AUGUSTE. He is well known to the Somerville Police Department for Assembly Row, breaking and entering, larcenies and trespassing. I also spoke with the manager of security who stated the maintenance worker called stating AUGUSTE had harassed one of the female maintenance workers, Ms. XXXX.

I located AUGUSTE, who matched the description outside of AMC Theatre. I questioned his reasoning for being on Assembly Row property after being trespassed several times. I'd note AUGUSTE has been trespassed several times from all of Assembly Row as well as arrested for it on February 12, 2026 (JP # 26008373). He denied everything that was alleged about him and stated he was waiting to go into the movie theater.

After explaining multiple times the reason for the trespass he stated, "I am just going to keep coming back here anyway." AUGUSTE was then placed under arrest for the charge of Trespassing, c266 S120.

At this point, XXXX arrived to our location and stated she was the female that he had harassed this morning. She stated she had seen him before, which she believed he was shoplifting in the area. However, while cleaning off a car in a garage today, he started harassing her and prevented her from cleaning the car and doing her job.

AUGUSTE was transported back to the Somerville Police Department in Unit-200, operated by Officer T. Sullivan. AUGUSTE was booked in the usual manner.
