On Friday, March 20th, 2026 at 8:42am, Somerville Police Control received a call from Assembly Row Security about a party known to them, Robensley AUGUSTE, trespassing again on their property, more specifically at 395 Artisan Way.

I, Officer Barton (E1) along with Officer R. Sullivan (E4) responded to that location.

While en route, I conducted a CJIS query of AUGUSTE, which yielded that he had an outstanding warrant out of Woburn District Court (Docket #2453CR001051).

Upon my arrival, I spoke with Assembly Row Security Officer XXXX, who stated that AUGUSTE had just taken a left onto Canal Street from Assembly Row by Salt & Stone and that he was wearing a tan hat and green sneakers. XXXX also stated that he had just come down from the 5th floor of the parking garage.

I then met up with AUGUSTE in front of Montaje (449 Canal Street) and explained to him that Assembly Row Security had called on him for trespassing again. AUGUSTE was cooperative and was placed in handcuffs without incident. At that time I requested the prisoner transport wagon (Unit 200).

I would like to note that AUGUSTE has a history of trespassing in Assembly Row and was also arrested for it on 2/12/26 (#26008373) and on 3/6/26 (#26013196).

While waiting for Unit 200's arrival, XXXX gave me a copy of AUGUSTE's trespass notice, which has been served to him in the past in-hand on 3/6/26. A copy of the notice was placed with AUGUSTE's property (Photo Attached).

AUGUSTE was transported back to Somerville Police Headquarters located at 220 Washington Street via Unit 200, operated by Officer Lorizio to be booked by Lt. Kim.

Along with his outstanding warrant, I will be charging Mr. Robensley AUGUSTE with the following:
