On Monday, March 9, 2026, while working my assigned shift and marked unit West-6, I, Officer Bitencourt, along with marked unit West-7 (Officer Garcia), was dispatched to 90 Holland St at approximately 2:40 AM for a reported vandalism.

Upon arrival, I observed a smashed window at the location with two loose bricks on the ground directly in front of the window. The bricks appeared to have been used to break the glass.

I then asked dispatch if the reporting party was still on scene. Dispatch advised that the reporting party was not on scene and had only driven by the location. Dispatch further relayed that the reporting party observed a male party wearing all black riding a bicycle with fat tires smashing the window before leaving the area.

I also observed a surveillance camera mounted outside the building in the immediate area of the damaged window. However, due to the time of the incident the business was closed and officers were unable to obtain the footage at this time.

Photographs of the damage were taken and will be attached to this report.
